Returns or Exchanges or Damaged
Merchandise:
I stand by my work. If you are not satisfied with your doll, or any merchandise, return it in like new condition within 30 days. Include all clothes and accessories. Your sale price minus shipping costs will be refunded.
Custom orders that have been viewed and pre- approved by email cannot be refunded.
Pride in Craftsmanship:
Your doll is created just for you, and, only after you order it. No two dolls are ever exactly alike. That makes your doll unique. Your doll will very closely resemble the photograph shown. I take much pride in my work.
Price Change Policy:
If there is an increase in the cost of an item, or in the rare
event of a typographical error, we reserve the right to charge at
the correct price. We will notify you of any change before filling
your order to give you the option to cancel or accept the higher
price.
Gift Wrap:
At your request, we will gift wrap your purchase to suit the
occasion for $4.95 per item.
